Crowds enjoy Broad Street Tavern's first Music Festival
A whole lotta people rocked out at a pub's first ever music festival which was headlined by one of the country's biggest cover bands. The Broad Street Tavern in Wokingham is well known for its beer festivals and live music, so landlord Clive Wallis combined the two on Saturday.
The popular pub was full to capacity as punters spent their day listening to music from a variety of bands from 2pm. Performers included local band Run for Cover, who played songs by Kula Shaker, The Fratellis, Whitesnake Van Halen, The Who, Queen and more. All in all it was a great day with a brilliant festival atmosphere. I'm still not quite sure how the Tavern managed to have a whole festival going on in the garden but Clive and the rest of the staff did an amazing job

Hello Tony and Paul, I just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to you and the rest of the band for coming to play at our Winter Ball last Thursday! Your presence really did make the event a great success and I have had lots of positive feedback from people who attended so I just wanted you to know. We will definitely bear you in mind for any future events that we are running! All the Best to all of you and thanks again

Thank you all for a fantastic performance on Saturday evening for my birthday event. I had lots of positive feedback on the band and the duty manager at the hotel was also very complimentary and said he had taken your card for when they get asked for recommendations so perhaps you may be back playing there again! I had a wonderful evening, I hope everyone else enjoyed themselves too.

Hi Guys !
Here as promised (or threatened!) ....just to say what a wicked performance you gave at The Poyntz, Molesey on Friday ! Small place but they loved you and the energy you put into your set...vocals amazing but the drumming was simply the best (am I an ex-drummer on the Cruise lines by any chance ) Great choice of songs, keyboards + guitars brill - you should be at the O2 Arena... !! Keep on smiling Guys....
Cheers for a great nite.... Jann + Anita x.

First time seeing this band on Saturday night - and we both thought they completly ROCKED!
Fab night out, loved all the songs, very professional set up, got the crowd up and dancing and the lead singer's voice was great...Our advice - see this band!
